I Entry System (hereinafter referred to as “I Entry System”) and I-Entry System Application (hereinafter referred to as “App”), is an application developed to facilitate in managing worker’s attendance and monitoring worker’s Accommodation, Welfare and Health in Malaysia. It allows you (hereinafter referred to as “user”) to use I Entry System and I-Entry System App based on user’s role and function.

I-Entry System App is owned and operated by the I Entry Malaysia Sdn Bhd ( I ENTRY). It is administrated by the I ENTRY. We assures that the collection of your personal information is align with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709) (“PDPA”).

Personal Information

The I Entry System App will not record user's Personal Data and Location in the backgrounds except with the permission, consent and voluntarily provided by the user. Information collected are used for monitoring purposes by related authorities for worker's welfare by dealing with worker's accommodation in complying with LAWS OF MALAYSIA REPRINT ACT 446 EMPLOYEES' MINIMUM STANDARDS OF HOUSING, ACCOMMODATION AND AMENITIES ACT 1990 and worker's health by complying the ACT 342 PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF INFECTIOUS DISEASES ACT 1988. This information is not shared with other organizations for other purposes unless specifically stated.

Data Collected

This I Entry System and App collects data with the consent of the user and is done voluntarily, but not limited to, registration process, adding dependent information, answering health assessments, checking in at the premises using a QR code scan and contacting App support via email or technical support form.

• Data are also collected automatically – for example, location data from check-in via scanning of QR.
• Location data will only be collected once the permission to access device location services is granted and allowed by the user.
• Data collected varies according to the purpose (based on the use of functions / modules of the App used by the user), the Personal Data that are usually collected are as follows:

The purpose of data collection is as follows:

• To be monitored by related agencies and authorities.
• To assist Workers in managing and storing their data systematically.
• To assist Employers in managing and storing their workers’ data systematically such as attendance, hostel and medical information.
• To assist Hostel Providers in managing and storing their hostel details such as room number for each worker.
• To assist Clinic in managing and storing their medical data such as worker’s report.
• To help worker to be identified if the current hostel location that provided by the employers / operators are compliant with Act 446 under the labour department ministry of human resource.

The personal information might be shared with any enforcement authority for follow-up and resolution of any complaints being submitted via this I Entry System and App.

The Personal Data collected will not be used for any purpose other than those mentioned above, unless if required in order to comply with any legal obligation.

No Personal Data collected by this App will be disclosed to any third party or transferred to a place outside of Malaysia for commercial purposes.

Effect If Personal Data Is Not Sufficient

If the Personal Data provided is insufficient or unsatisfactory or fraud, then the User's application or request for any of the above purposes may not be accepted; or action taken or use of the services offered by the I Entry System and App may be rejected or affected.

Data Confidentiality

Personal Data collected by the I Entry System and App will be kept confidential in accordance with this Privacy Policy in accordance with any applicable laws which may take effect from time to time.

Data Security

This I Entry System and App implements security features which adheres to global standards to protect the confidentiality and security of user’s information. Data in transit are encrypted, while data at rest is stored in a highly secured server which is in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) and the laws of Malaysia.

Anonymised Data

This I Entry System & App collects anonymised data from your device and iOS (e.g. web, android device model, iOS version) to help improving the I Entry System & App to provide a better user’s friendly experience.
